The people of Helvetica have lived in fear of the return of the The Weather Warlock for 15 years. Their elders believing they have taken all measures to protect their city from breach or invasion. As is usual for all Helveticans on their 15th birthday, Elder Enzo gives young Aiden, who was left orphaned 15 years before by the cunning Weather Warlock, a birthday present that reveals the strength of his bloodline.

But before he can discover more about his background, the city is hit by a surprise onslaught that overwhelms its defences and causes confusion and dread among the populace. When Aiden and his friends Zack and Willow first encounter The Weather Warlock, they discover an unbelievable treachery by their most cherished and esteemed Elder.
